Bakeries were one of the earliest forms of cooking outside the home, and bakeries in the past often offer the cooking of food provided by their customers as an additional service. Now factory food preparation is common.

Kay Johnson

Kay is a highly experienced chef and specialises in patisserie. Kay has a flair for creating pastries and theme cakes.
In the early stage of her career she proved to her Chef that she is quick learner and was immediately given Sous Chef’s responsibility and since then has never looked back. She is an asset to HoneyThyme, hard working, and will always have your back, loyal and a team player who has a big heart. She is fun loving and a very positive person. When Kay isn’t in the kitchen she enjoys spending time with friends and family and her dog ‘Molly’. More importantly she never stops being beautiful both inside and outside.
